Privacy Policy
How GlassView collects, uses, protects, and otherwise handles the personal information you share with us.
Last updated June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how GlassView collects, uses, protects, and otherwise handles your personally identifiable information (PII) in connection with our website and services. PII is information that can be used on its own, or together with other information, to identify or contact a specific person. Please read it carefully.
Information we collect
We do not collect personally identifiable information without your consent. We collect PII from you when you complete a form to request information or to contact us, and when you sign up for a newsletter, respond to a survey, or use certain other features of the site.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to and follow up on your inquiries by email or phone, to deliver the information or services you request, and to operate and improve the site.
How we protect your information
We scan our website regularly for security vulnerabilities and use malware scanning to help guard against data breaches. Your information is held behind secured networks and is accessible only to a limited number of people who have special access rights and are required to keep it confidential. Sensitive information you submit is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). We apply a range of safeguards whenever you enter or submit information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Cookies
By default, we set only strictly necessary cookies. Cookies are small files a site transfers to your device through your browser that let the site recognize your browser and remember certain information. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and secure. Any other cookies, such as analytics or advertising cookies, are set only with your consent, and you can decline them or withdraw your consent at any time.
You can set your browser to warn you each time a cookie is sent, to refuse all cookies, and to delete cookies already stored. Because each browser differs, check your browser Help menu for the steps. For full detail on the cookies we use and how to control them, see our Website Cookie Policy.
Advertising and third parties
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties, and we do not offer third-party products or services directly on our website. We use advertising and analytics technologies only where you have consented, and you can opt out at any time using the controls below. If you decline or opt out, we keep only strictly necessary cookies.
Where you consent, we use Google Ads, and Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other sites. You can opt out of Google's use of advertising cookies at any time through Google's privacy and ad settings. Google's advertising requirements are summarized in its Advertising Principles. Where you have consented, we use first-party cookies (such as Google Analytics cookies) together with third-party cookies (such as the Google Ads cookie) to understand how users interact with ad services on our site.
Other vendors
Where you consent, we may work with other vendors, including ad networks and audience providers, to help deliver advertising relevant to your interests. These vendors use cookies, beacons, mobile identifiers, and similar technologies to collect information about your online activity. You can opt out of many vendors' use of cookies for tailored advertising at any time at aboutads.info.
On mobile devices, you may need additional steps to limit tracking. Many devices let you opt out of targeted advertising through the settings in the app or the device itself. You can also uninstall apps through your device or app marketplace.
Where our advertisers contract with a third-party service to host their ads, an independent cookie may be set by that service. We cannot offer an opt-out for cookies from vendors with which we have no contractual relationship.
Industry opt-out pages
The advertising industry provides pages where you can set a cookie indicating your choice to opt out of interest-based advertising from companies in self-regulatory programs:
- United States: aboutads.info/choices and networkadvertising.org/choices
- Europe: youronlinechoices.com
- Canada: youradchoices.ca/choices
Do Not Track and behavioral tracking
We honor Do Not Track (DNT) signals. By default we set only strictly necessary cookies, and we do not set analytics or advertising cookies, serve targeted advertising, or permit third-party behavioral tracking without your consent. Where a Do Not Track mechanism is enabled, or where you decline or withdraw consent, only strictly necessary cookies are used.
Children’s privacy (COPPA)
The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) gives parents control over the collection of personal information from children under 13, and the Federal Trade Commission enforces it. We do not market to children under 13.
Your rights and applicable laws
GDPR (European Union)
The General Data Protection Regulation took effect on 25 May 2018 to strengthen and unify data protection for people in the European Economic Area. GlassView works to ensure our products and services meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements. See our Privacy Policy for UK and EU regions.
CCPA (California)
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 took effect on 1 January 2020 and sets out requirements and rights relating to the personal information of California consumers. We work to protect those rights and to support consumers in exercising them.
CalOPPA
Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act, you can visit our site anonymously, and we will post any change to this policy on this page. If you sign up through our contact page, you will be notified of changes.
Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practice Principles form the basis of US privacy law and have shaped data protection law worldwide. To stay in line with them, if a data breach occurs we will notify affected users by email within seven business days. We also support the Individual Redress Principle, which holds that individuals may pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors that fail to follow the law, including recourse to courts or government agencies.
