Clients can request a detailed quotation based on their requirements. Each quotation is customized and reflects the nature and scope of the services requested. Provision of services may be subject to formal acceptance of the quotation and the signing of a service contract setting out both parties' obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlassView is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, our services, products, or website. This includes loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings, contracts, business, opportunities, goodwill, or data.

Where there is a discrepancy in the products or services delivered, our liability is limited, at our discretion, to replacing the defective product or re-performing the affected service, provided the client has met its contractual obligations. We do not warrant that our products or services will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that they will meet specific expectations unless expressly agreed in the service contract. We are not liable for errors in third-party information or for decisions the client makes based on it. It is the client's responsibility to confirm that the products and services purchased meet the legal and regulatory requirements of its business.
