James Moore
James Moore is the Global Chief Revenue Officer at Glassview, responsible for revenue strategy, global GTM alignment, enterprise expansion, and client value creation across Glassview’s advanced video, CTV, data intelligence, and emotional-analytic media capabilities. Reporting directly to CEO J. Brooks, James leads the commercial vision for Glassview’s next phase of growth including enterprise strategy, agency partnerships, brand relationships, and the development of new revenue channels.
James brings more than 20 years of proven experience scaling high-growth B2B and AdTech organizations. Prior to Glassview, he served as CRO of Simpli.fi, where he helped drive the company from sub-$10M to $230M+ in net revenue, supporting three major private equity transactions. His leadership included GTM redesign, AI/automation adoption, expansion of enterprise sales motions, and integration of five acquisitions. He has built and managed GTM organizations of 190+ team members spanning acquisition, expansion, and revenue operations.
Throughout his career, James has served as a public industry voice representing organizations in boardrooms, on stage at leading advertising events, in analyst briefings, and across industry podcasts. He has been a keynote speaker at 4A’s Decisions, a panelist at the AdTech Leadership Forum, and a featured guest on Albertsons’ “Garage Podcast” and “The CX Innovation Playbook.” His writing focuses on the intersection of AI, emotion in advertising, B2B sales performance, and the evolving role of human decision-making in marketing.
James is a graduate of Texas State University. He is currently completing the CEO Executive Education Capstone Program at Columbia Business School and previously completed Wharton’s Executive Program. He lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
