What It Measures
Engagement captures the degree of active neural processing occurring during exposure. It is not binary like viewability. It is a continuous signal reflecting the depth of cognitive investment at each moment of the experience, which tells GlassView exactly when a creative is earning attention and when it is losing it, in real time.
Emotional response captures the valence and arousal of subconscious reaction. It reveals whether an exposure moved the viewer positively or negatively, and with what intensity, before rationalization or self-report intervenes.
Memory encoding measures the degree to which content is being consolidated into long-term memory at the moment of exposure. Brands that encode deeply drive behavior weeks and months after a single impression. This is the signal most correlated with purchase.
