What we''re looking for

We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to join our all-star NYC team as a key owner of our US clients. This includes proactively growing relationships with key clients/agency partners and guiding KPI-driven optimization strategies. You will provide clear and consistent communication to internal and external stakeholders, identify client business goals, implement win-win operational strategies, and develop new account managers. The ideal candidate thrives in all aspects of account management including, day-to-day client management, leading high-quality media planning execution, designing & implementing KPI-driven campaigns, and working with key internal leaders to influence product road mapping. This position reports directly to the Director of Accounts.

Client Management & Campaign Operations (60%)

  • Own a portfolio of key GlassView clients and act as their daily point of contact
  • Monitor & analyze campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven optimization strategies, design actionable recommendations, and drive best-in-class performance
  • Translate client needs and project objectives into actionable strategies with the AdOps, Commercial, and Executive teams

Media Planning & Product Strategy (30%)

  • Lead the internal team on the development of high-value media plans for advertisers based on a deep understanding of GlassView product offering, advertiser KPIs and digital media landscape
  • Develop a strong understanding of GlassView’s value proposition and become an expert in our product offering (current and future)
  • Embed with the AdOps team to up-level product development, measurement tactics, and media partnerships
  • Support Commercial Lead throughout opportunity lifetime with proactive reporting, business reviews, and campaign performance updates
