Founder and CEO

J. is the Founder and CEO of GlassView, the fastest growing Video Advertising Platform and 3rd fastest growing Digital Media Company in North America, -Deloitte Fast 500. During his career, he rose through the ranks of the publishing powerhouse Conde Nast, where he executed the majority of US digital advertising campaigns for Vogue and Wired online.

Throughout his career, J. has sought to forge strong connections between top tier publishers, and their audiences, and the advertisers who are seeking to reach those audiences.

J. is quite involved with the community, serving on the Board of Trustees for the French Institute Alliance Francaise and the Great Performance Circle for Lincoln Center. He was inducted into the prestigious French American Foundation Young Leaders Program, Class of 2017, and he also serves on the National Finance Committee for Congressman Joe Kennedy III. Additionally, he has written articles for Forbes, Entrepreneur, AdWeek, AdAge, and a number of other top-tier publications.

He received his BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and his Master in Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

Notably, Patrick has a proven track record of working with some of the largest and most prominent brands on earth, helping facilitate an emotive connection between brands and customers, and in doing so, enabling the next generation of a modern digital advertising ecosystem.

He is a pioneer of emerging technologies and in addition to his digital media experience, he has worked extensively in the energy and emerging renewables sector, both in the B2B and B2C verticals.

He received a BSc in Commerce and Masters in Marketing Practice, both at the National University of Ireland, Galway, and most recently, a Masters in Business Administration at Columbia University.

A product of many cities across the globe, he has developed a passion for the development, management and distribution of engaging content. With a diverse portfolio of work experience ranging from project management to natural resource conservation to travel blogging, he has cultivated the eclectic skill set needed to succeed in the dynamic industry of digital advertising.

Outside of work, he can be found enjoying the outdoors, serving as the Chair of the Alumni Council for the Student Conservation Association and playing soccer. His passions include sustainable development, travel and all things sport.

John Poor is the Chief Commercial Officer, leading sales and strategy for GlassVIew’s diverse client base. He has been with GlassView since 2019.

An industry of over 15 years, John has a background of over 8 years on the agency side prior to migrating to the sales side. This agency perspective has served him well in identifying and solving for client pain points in terms of developing tailored targeting and measurement strategies to solve for client objectives. 

Outside of work John enjoys spending time with his family, golfing adequately, and being pessimistic about the NY Jets.

Robert (Rob) Reeder is GlassView's CFO and a member of the Executive Team. Mr. Reeder is best known for being a good steward of capital, and is responsible for increasing operating leverage, investing in value-enhancing initiatives, improving capital efficiency, and managing risks associated with uncertainty.

In his day-to-day, Rob drives the organization's financial planning and works to enhance GlassView's ability to predict, measure, and monitor financial and non-financial performances. Together with the CEO & COO, Mr. Reeder works to identify, evaluate, communicate, and drive the implementation of strategic choices that lead to sustainable value creation and organizational growth. 

Outside of the office, Rob is a Mentor for The Teak Fellowship and serves as an Associate Board Member for Covenant House. Mr. Reeder attended Gettysburg College where he received a Bachelor of Arts in English.

Sharon Lin

VP of Operations

Sharon Lin is the VP of Ad Operations and leads all backend operations with the support of the ad operations team to drive outstanding performance and engagement for our clients.

Graduated from Macaulay Honors at Baruch College with a Digital Marketing degree, she has 7 years (and counting) of experience in the digital advertising industry. Starting from account management, she finessed her soft skills in building client relationships. Afterward, she transitioned into ad operations and built knowledge from the ground up in everything Ad Operations. Honing skills from trafficking, planning, trading, and reporting, Sharon shaped the operational process for backend campaign management at GlassView. With her all-star Ad Operations team, she works with them to deliver above client expectations, analyze data, and manage partner relations, in addition to assisting with R&D development.

During her spare time, Sharon enjoys watching Asian dramas, cooking, and dog-sitting.

Natasha Berney

Natasha is the Chief Growth Officer of GlassView, the world’s largest independent video advertising distribution. She is responsible for leading GlassView’s sales strategy domestically and internationally to drive revenue and deepen relationships with the company’s clients, which includes 80 Fortune 100 brands.

Natasha brings more than 15 years of experience developing high-performing sales teams for industry leaders Google and Microsoft. Prior to joining Glassview, Natasha was Head of Industry at Google leading a multi-billion book of advertising business. She also served as hiring manager for over 100 roles for Google and Microsoft.

She holds a MA in Management from Harvard University and completed the executive leadership program at Harvard Business School.

In her free time, Natasha is an active member of her community, serving as a partner in The Career Brokerage, a passion project to help young diverse professionals pivot into early-state technology-level roles via executive coaching, rebranding, and mentorship. She’s also a limited partner in a real estate investment firm. 

Outside of work, Natasha enjoys street art, skiing, and chasing after 2 young kids.

Stark Townend is the Chief Agency Partnership Officer of GlassView, where he oversees strategic relationships between all holding companies and GlassView’s video activation and optimization platform, both domestically and internationally.

Stark has nearly twenty years of industry experience, having held senior positions at Forbes, Google, YouTube, and Comcast. Most recently, Stark was Head of Agency Partnerships for Ampersand, where he spent four years building mutually-beneficial, ROI-driven advanced TV alliances with Fortune 500 marketers, expanding the scope and scale of the nine-figure business year-over-year during his tenure.

Stark completed his BA work at Trinity College, where he graduated with honors, and he earned his MBA from Villanova University, with specializations in Marketing and Strategic Management. Stark received credentials in Customer Analytics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Active in his community, Stark is an avid golfer, little league coach, and proud husband and father.
