What we're looking for

We’re hiring a Senior Ad Operations Manager to join our all-star NYC team as a key player/coach responsible for driving best-in-class campaign performance for our clients. This includes the day-to-day execution of digital media campaigns, leading KPI-driven optimization strategies, and mentoring a team of Ad Operations Managers. You will be in charge of all aspects of campaign management (setup, optimization, reporting, QA), serve as the primary point of contact with our publisher partners, and work with key internal leaders to monitor industry developments and design effective product road mapping. This position reports directly to the VP of Operations.

Campaign Operations, Reporting & Reconciliation (50%)

  • Ensure flawless execution of digital media campaigns

  • Monitor & analyze campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven optimization strategies, design actionable recommendations, and drive best-in-class performance

  • Provide comprehensive reporting and analytics throughout campaign lifetime to ensure campaign pacing and performance

  • Process billing deliverables to create monthly invoices using QuickBooks

Team & Partner Management (30%)

  • Collaborate with VP of Operations to lead a team of Ad Operations Managers towards successful campaign set up, optimization, and KPI fulfillment

  • Responsible for onboarding Ad Operations Managers, ensuring they understand best practices, become experts in GlassView product offering, and develop fluency in a variety of third party environment ad platforms

  • Serve as a central point person for existing publisher partners and take initiative on building new relationships

Process & Product Optimization (20%)

  • Lead product and process improvements based on a deep understanding of GlassView product offering, advertiser KPIs, and digital media landscape

  • Develop high-level proficiency in overall processes, procedures, and media systems relative to assigned clients

  • Seek continuous opportunities to improve process efficiency

  • Required - Campaign Manager, DV360, Adobe Ad Cloud, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace

  • Preferred - Salesforce, Slack, Project Management, Photoshop

About you

  • 4+ years of experience in programmatic advertising focused on video/display, reporting, and partner-side operations

  • Proven track record executing KPI-driven campaign strategies and delivering on them (ROAS, DR, CTV campaigns is a plus)

  • Strong familiarity with Campaign Manager, DV360, Adobe Ad Cloud, and other third party environment ad platforms

  • Comfortable tracking high volumes of data, performing data analysis, and making decisions based on the results

  • Manage timely status updates with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external

  • Ability to be nimble and resourceful, work under tight deadlines, and respond to shifting priorities across multiple client accounts

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with working knowledge of Javascript and HTML in order to troubleshoot

  • Excel at balancing time spent between strategic initiatives and diving into the details when necessary

  • Passion for technology, media, advertising, and data

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (in data, computer science, digital advertising is a plus)

The base salary range is $80K-$100K. Compensation is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
