James G. Brooks, Jr. is the founder and CEO of GlassView, a mission-driven video platform set out to change the way advertisers reach top influencers, and get their videos watched, engaged with and shared.

During his fourteen year career in Digital Media, J.'s work has spanned from agency to publisher to now running the technology platform of GlassView. He has risen through the ranks of the publishing powerhouse Conde Nast, where during his tenure he executed the majority of US digital advertising campaigns for Vogue and Wired online. Subsequent to Conde Nast, J. ran Business Development and Strategic Partnerships for Guest of a Guest. Most recently, J. was at the London based startup, Unruly Media, where he continued to foster his relationships with global 100 publishers and Fortune 500 advertisers, mastering the intricacies of running successful video campaigns.

In addition to his work in Digital Media, J. has two years experience in the financial services sector as an Associate at Morgan Stanley, where he worked in wealth management for a multi-billion dollar Barron’s top 100 team with the primary responsibility of raising institutional and retail investment assets.

Throughout his career, J. has sought to forge strong connections between top tier publishers (and their audiences) and the advertisers who are seeking to reach those audiences.

J. is quite involved with the community, serving on the Board of Trustees for the French Institute Alliance Francaise and the Junior Board of Carnegie Hall. He is on the Board of Advisors for the Wharton School Future of Advertising Program at the University of Pennsylvania, he serves on the National Finance Committee for Congressman Joe Kennedy III, and was recently inducted into the prestigious French American Foundation Young Leaders Program, Class of 2017. His passions are traveling, marathon running, and attending concerts at Carnegie Hall. He lives with his partner on the Upper East Side.

Through his leadership as the chairman of the China Institute and partner of the legendary Pei Partnership Architects, Chien Chung (Didi) Pei has accumulated a wealth of experience in marketing, digital media & intricacies of business in Asia. The son of world-renowned architect I.M. Pei; Didi is a graduate of Harvard College and Graduate School and has spent most of his career working on projects in the U.S., China and elsewhere, including the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C., and the Grand Louvre in Paris. He also served as designer-in-charge of the West Wing extension and renovation of Boston's Museum of Fine Arts in 1981 and 1986, among other museum/cultural projects. In addition, Pei directed the design of the new chancery building for the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Washington, D.C., which was completed in 2008.

Mr. Pei's experience and expertise have proven to be invaluable as Glassview continues to expand in Asia, the fastest-growing global region for digital marketing.

Lord Gregory Barker is the former United Kingdom Minister of Energy & Climate Change. In September 2014, Lord Barker was appointed by Prime Minister David Cameron, his close ally, to be the UK Environmental Envoy & Chair. Lord Barker was appointed as a Peer to the House of Lords in August 2015.

Previously, Lord Barker worked in the City of London for 10 years before becoming an associate partner at Brunswick Group Ltd. He served as Head of International Investor Relations for Sibneft, a major Russian oil company, between 1998 and 2000, and then returned to the UK in May 2000 to become the director of recruitment advertising business Bartlett Scott Edgar, shepherding the company to a successful acquisition by TMP Worldwide.

She has held numerous key leadership positions, including Executive Fashion Director at Style.com; Creative Director at Ralph Lauren; Accessories Director for Vogue; and Fashion Director at Harper’s Bazaar. Additionally, Price edited the definitive publication “American Fashion Accessories” and conceived and directed the fashion content for the 1999 VH1/Vogue Fashion Awards. A graduate of FIT, she began her career designing award-winning store windows and displays for Bloomingdale's.

Renaud Dutreil is the former Chairman of LVMH North America, founder of the French UMP Party and served in Ministerial Positions in the French Parliament.

Dutreil served in the highest offices of French government for over fifteen years prior to his joining LVMH North America in 2008. His ministerial appointments included Minister of Small & Medium-Sized Businesses, Commerce, Crafts and Liberal Professions (2005-2007), Minister of the Civil Service and State Reform (2004-2005) and Secretary of State for Small & Medium-Sized Businesses, Commerce, Crafts and Liberal Professions (2002-2004).

In 2002, he was the first President and founder of the Union pour un Mouvement Populaire, one of the two main political parties in France. It is the party of both former presidents Jacques Chirac and Nicholas Sarkozy.

Renaud is currently President & CEO of Belleville Solutions Inc. and is a graduate (MA) of the Institut des Etudes Poltitiques de Paris, École Normale Superieure (ENS), Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences sociales and École Nationale d'Administration (ENA) in Paris. He is Laureat of the Concours General de Philosophie.

Dutreil is a Trustee of Museum of Art and Design, New York ; Member of the Board of New School and of Parsons School of Design ; Member of the Board of Maison Française Columbia University ; Member of Partnership for New York ; he is the Chairman of Friends of Institut des Hautes Etudes Scientifiques (IHES is a French institute supporting advanced research in mathematics and theoretical physics). Dutreil is Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur.

Before MediaCom, Jim was Chief Media Officer at DMB&B (now Publicis), where he led a team in the development of global business including Anheuser Busch, Procter & Gamble and Mars/Masterfoods. Prior to joining the company in 2006, he was COO and Chief Client Officer at MediaCom (WPP).

In addition to his duties at GlassView, Jim serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of Active International, a multi-billion dollar consulting and advertising firm.

Stephanie is an industry leader and expert in all things social. Ranging from her work at Conde Nast to founding her own Media firm, she has over 15 years of experience in promotions, events and public relations. Newhouse has created events and experiences for top companies in the fashion, technology, beauty and publishing sectors. Most recently, Newhouse founded Industry for Change, a firm with an emphasis on digital branding and social media that creates campaigns and activations in the US and internationally. Prior to founding Industry for Change, Newhouse was the owner of 007 Events and Promotions, which executed campaigns for the Coca Cola Company, BMW, MSN, Anheuser-Busch (Budweiser), and many others. Previously, Newhouse was Senior Promotion Coordinator for Condé Nast.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Newhouse is an active community leader, serving as a Director on the Board for the Metro New York Chapter of the U.S. National Committee for United Nations Women. Newhouse also is a Founding Co-chair of DreamBall After Dark, an annual benefit which funds the American Cancer Society’s “Look Good, Feel Better” program.

A true beauty and cosmetics professional, Clémence von Mueffling earned her stripes working for iconic brands such as Clarins, Puig, and Dior before turning to beauty journalism at Casas & Gente magazine. That transition felt very natural as writing is something of a family affair: both Mueffling’s mother and grandmother were beauty editors at the prestigious French Vogue.

Her marriage to a New Yorker and the birth of her twins led to a new interest in healthier lifestyle choices. Beauty and Well Being’s editor is an enthusiastic communicator, known among her friends for her insight and intuition of emerging trends. “BWB was an obvious thing to do,” she says. “It is my way to share my discoveries with all women who want to achieve a healthier life and feel beautiful, but have no time to find all the information. I will be doing the research for them!”

He is a seasoned operations and account management professional with over 20 years of experience in the digital advertising industry. His knowledge of both the technical and client services side of the business allows him to work closely with sales, finance, editorial, marketing and creative production to build and maintain a high-performing advertising eco-system for some of the biggest names in the digital publishing industry.

Some of the companies Michael has worked for include MTV Networks, Rodale, Alloy Digital, Unruly Media, Conde Nast and the advertising agency, OMD. Michael has spoken at a number of industry conferences and events including at the IAB and AdMonsters. He was also co-chairman of the Digital Video committee at the IAB.

Prior to joining GlassView, he was a leading light in the electric vehicle sector, showcasing an acute ability to embrace, promote and optimize disruptive technologies. Other industries he has worked in include Energy, Oil, Agricultural and Hospitality. An entrepreneurial spark, distinctive communicational attributes and a talent to deliver high performance are all characteristics of Patrick’s acumen.

Lee Black has been engaged in private law practice in New York City for over thirty years, having started his career at Carter, Ledyard & Milburn. He formed the law firm of Black & Associates in January, 2002. From 1986 until December, 2001, he was a member of the law firm of DeForest & Duer, as Chairman of its Corporate Department. He also serves as general counsel to other business enterprises.

Mr. Black served as Vice Chairman of MacMillan Ring-Free Oil Co., Inc., a publicly traded oil and gas company, in 1986 and 1987 and was a member of the Board of Directors of Vault.com Inc., a career-oriented Internet and publishing company, from 1999 until October 2007. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of United Compressor, LLC, a company engaged in the installation and maintenance of compressed natural gas stations and a member of the Board of Directors of the Cleveland E. Dodge Foundation, a private charitable foundation.

Mr. Black received his BA in 1968, his law degree in 1971, and his Master of Laws in Taxation degree in 1979, all from New York University.

Robert (Robbie) Reeder is a Financial Associate at GlassView, running all things finance and working directly with the Executive Team. Mr. Reeder is responsible for coordinating and producing budget preparation, program narratives and projections. He also creates statistical reports based on cost analyses and other relevant information, and provides effective business analysis on subjects determined by the Executive Team. Additionally, Mr. Reeder reconciles data in financial statements, prepares basic management information records, manages accounting records and runs GlassView's accounts payable and accounts receivable. 

Robbie enters the digital media world from the financial services industry, where he worked on both the buy and sell-sides. Mr. Reeder attended Gettysburg College where he received a Bachelor’s of Arts in English.

With various digital marketing knowledge, such as marketing web analytics & intelligence, consumer behavior, social media marketing, and market research, Sharon brings forth knowledge of recent digital space marketing and entrepreneurial spirit to GlassView. A diverse portfolio of work and volunteer experiences provide Sharon with various managerial, customer experience, operations management, and event management knowledge.

Neeraj V. Bhagchandani was born and raised in Singapore, a place he feels is the best place anyone could choose to have a childhood. Neeraj often feels blessed that his parents chose to migrate to Singapore. 

Fast forward 20 years, he spent the first decade of his career in the service industry and over the last decade, Neeraj worked with multiple Fortune 500 brands and agencies on the publisher side, helping them drive ROI for their digital campaigns. Neeraj developed a fundamental understanding over these ten years of what it takes to truly drive success for multiple brands' digital campaign goals. 

Neeraj is passionate about the right everyone must have towards access to education and has plans for hunger and poverty alleviation. He lives by Gandhi's mantra: "Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever."

He has a Masters in Business Administration with a marketing specialization from the University of Southern Queensland (Australia), and recently graduated from the University of Nottingham (United Kingdom) with a Master of Science.

Having worked directly with both end customer and publisher, Tuhina brings a unique skill set to GlassView to forge long term partnerships in Asia with diverse stakeholders in play. She enjoys travelling & exploring new cultures while drawing new learnings & building on new ideas. She was born in India and has lived in Singapore for 3 years now, enjoying the cultural melting pot of the East.

He expects to further broaden his knowledge in both programming and digital marketing through the opportunities and challenges at GlassView.

Not only seeking to learn how something works but also why a particular methodology is applied, James takes a strong interest in the newest technological innovations. Alyssa Rodia is an Industry Manager & US Team Lead at GlassView. Alyssa earned her B.A. in Sociology from Columbia University in the City of New York, where she studied classical social theory, workplace innovation, & the influence of technology on the modern social world. She competed for Columbia's Division I Softball program, earning Second Team All-Ivy League, NFCA All Mid-Atlantic Region, & Ivy League Player of the Week accolades during her tenure. Alyssa's passion for tech, innovation, and social selling led her to GlassView.

Alyssa has a keen interest in taking on new challenges, networking, sales, and media. When she's not working, you can find her traveling & exploring new cities, cooking, exploring NYC, or spending time with family & friends.

Robert comes to GlassView with an impressive depth of marketing and advertising experience. Robert spent most of his career at Conversant Media, working closely with agencies and direct advertisers, consistently driving results for agencies and advertisers. 

Robert joins GlassView where he is utilizing skills honed over 10+ years in the industry.

Robert received his BA from Cornell University in Government and History and is always up for a debate in politics of the day. He hopes to run a marathon in every state and has completed 22 states to date.

Max Ley

Max Ley is a Marketing Coordinator at Glassview.  A recent graduate of Ithaca College, he majored in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Legal Studies.  In addition to his coursework, he was also a member of the club basketball team and was an executive board member of Park Advenue, the Ithaca College branch of the American Advertising Federation.  His prior professional experience includes a Global Marketing Solutions Internship with BSE Global in Brooklyn and a Public Relations Internship with Miles High Productions in Los Angeles.  He is from a small Hudson Valley town called Wallkill and spends most of his time playing sports, hiking, and watching the Knicks and Yankees.

Connor Van Hoose is an Industry Manager in Glassview's New York office.  He recently graduated from Bucknell University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.  Connor also competed on the Division 1 baseball team, where he earned the title First Team All-Patriot league in both 2017 and 2018, a spot on the 2018 Patriot League All-Academic team, and was named the Patriot League Pitcher of the Year in 2018.  After college, Connor was drafted in the 8th round of the Major League Baseball draft by the New York Yankee's.  

Sidelined by injuries, Connor decided to switch career paths and follow his other interests in the field of networking, sales and media.  This change led to him to Glassview.  Outside of the office, you may find Connor spending time with family & friends, cooking or running through Central Park.

Eduardo comes from a background of 15+ years in advertising and media sales. His experience ranges across a variety of industries such as e-commerce and retail, consumer products, education, entertainment, travel and leisure, fashion and sports.

Additionally, Eduardo reports and writes about combat sports and martial arts for specialized websites in Brazil, the UK, and Australia. Appropriately, Eduardo is an avid sports fan, and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Working out of London to build EMEA activity, Jon Brotherhood holds 20 years experience in the digital media industry. He brings a thorough understanding of performance-based digital marketing within a high-end brand environment. Jon’s digital experience covers the commercial management of the every type of digital advertising from portals through to premium SAS (software as service) solutions, always focused on underlying commercial business requirements.

Starting his digital career in 1997, Jon cut his teeth with a digital incubation company, building revenue lines across 12 different internet startups. Moving on to a major European ISP, Jon travelled extensively in Europe managing digital media operations in 15 territories, holding responsibility for Pan-European online media sales, business development, systems design, maintenance and support. At this time he also became a founding board member of the European Interactive Advertising Association (EIAA).

Since 2005 Jon has worked independently, investing in multiple digital start-ups whilst founding a digital planning and buying agency, an email marketing company and a media sales agency. Jon’s experience covers performance-focused marketing and all the systems / processes required to make this work in a variety of organisations, new media technology, digital advertising sales, business development, digital media trading platforms and targeting technologies and creative input into all areas of advertising coupled with a solid understanding of the figures behind them.

Outside work, Jon loves to sail and on weekends can often be found out on Southampton Water with his three rapidly growing boys.

Isabelle Pequignot is a Product Design Assistant at GlassView. She is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College, with a bachelors in biology and a side focus on pre-health, literature, and Ancient Greece. Isabelle is also a graduate of LaGuardia HS, where she majored in the Fine Arts. Her diverse background of study has led her to Digital Product Design and the world of marketing by way of veterinary assistant, archival work, customer service, and farm hand. Isabelle uses her creative and analytical background to add aesthetics to her products and work.

Outside of work, Isabelle can be found playing with her dog, reading, exploring the natural world and traveling off the beaten path.

Nathalie Sann Regnault is the Business Development Director for US & France at Glassview. She has spent her entire life in between Paris and New York. In Paris, she worked at Europe 1 and CLM BBDO. In the US, she has been working at BBDO NY and BBDO Worldwide before becoming an author of several best selling books.

When Nathalie is not working, she enjoys museums, food, travels, drawing, and embroidery. She also likes exploring new things in NY and Paris to report in her blog or her next book.

In his most recent role as the founder and managing partner for VC Plans he worked with high profile clients, developing their marketing strategies, financials, and business models. He has a strong grasp of what makes an enterprise tick and how to most effectively move business forward.

Based in London, Mitch is a vibrant, diligent, digital advertising professional, who possesses an enthusiasm and passion for technology, branding and performance. Mix this with Mitch’s zealous eagerness for client satisfaction and you have the perfect combination for a GlassView sales professional.

Upon leaving the University of Portsmouth, Mitch jumped immediately into a digital recruitment role, only to realise that he wanted to do the jobs he was landing for others. Since then, he has led the charge for e-commerce specialist email marketing company Brothermailer, a leading name in its field in the UK, as well as working for digital agency Xtrapolate, where he focused on sales representation, account management, strategy and recently launching a digital transition arm which supports both established and new businesses in building a digital presence and generating new business.

Mitch's hobbies include playing rugby, currently playing for the mighty LMRFC (London Media RFC) and cycling impressive distances for fantastic causes. His most recent and greatest achievement to date has been cycling from the Atlantic to the Mediterranean ocean for the Foundation of Light; a unique charity that helps to improve the lives of thousands in need every year. Collectively Mitch and his team raised over £70,000.

Most recently, Stevens served as the Vice President of Media Advisory Practice Jones Broadcast Group. Prior to Jones Broadcast, Stevens was an International Account Manager at BBC Worldwide, as well as Team Leader for Television Advertising Sales at Bloomberg. He has also served as SVP of Sales at RFD-TV and Managing Director of Petry Television's Networks Division.
