NEW YORK, March XX, 2018 – Continuing its pace of rapid growth, leading video distribution platform GlassView has announced its expansion into Latin America with the opening of a new office in Sao Paulo. The office will be led by Eduardo Alves, VP, Accounts, formerly with Like Sugar Influence Marketing Agency and Ricardo Filho, VP, Accounts, formerly with Omega Nutrition Inc. In their new positions, Alves and Filho will both be responsible for building the company’s presence in Brazil, where GlassView is currently reaching 90 million unique viewers.

Alves joins GlassView with more than 15 years of experience in advertising, marketing and media sales activities such as prospecting, negotiation and CRM. He was most recently Partner/ Business Director at Like Sugar Influence Marketing Agency where he was responsible for new business, client campaign oversight and talent management. Prior to that he was Partner/ Account Manager at Agência Senso responsible for digital marketing, ESP management, new business and more. Alves also held a variety of sales and advertising positions at Kinomaxx Advertising, Rádio Capital, Rádio Antena 1, and Gazeta Mercantil.

Filho joins GlassView with more than nine years’ experience as a supervisor and financial analyst. He was most recently Shipping Supervisor for Omega Nutrition Inc., a Canadian company where he was a team leader and responsible for proper documentation for all export shipments. Preceding this position, Filho was Commercial Supervisor for Brazilian technology company Decisão Sistemas Ltda. responsible for client, trade union and partner relations as well as leading and motivating the sales team. He was also a financial analyst for Damovo do Brasil Ltda.
